We had planned a dinner party and called in an order at 18:00 of the given evening and were explicit that the large order had to be delivered 20:30 on the dot. I confirmed with the person taking the order that this was possible and they conformed that this "was no problem" (otherwise we would have ordered from a competitor). At 20:40, I made the first of 4 successive calls, where I was promised delivery within 10 minutes. It did not arrive. Quite clearly Elachi, you were lying. No more orders from me or my neighbours, friends or family.. PS. Thank you for ruining our dinner party!!October 26, 2016
