  Chips are always stone cold, the chicken is always dry (at best lukewarm), staff are clueless and don't understand basic English.

  20/1/2017. 4.29pm. Abysmal to say the least, didn't want fries, but told we had to have them, which we threw away time we got home. One piece of chicken uncooked, one piece still had feathers on it, Coating very hard and dry, been under the lights to long. Despite the wait we were not asked if we would like, anything for the the long wait. Spoke to the assistant manager, came out with the excuse we cannot change fries for another side. Total bullshit, other KFC stores will do this, it is called customer satisfaction, but hey it is Bridgwater and they don't care about this. Will never use again, so glad to have had an email back from KFC head office, and watch out Bridgwater, you are all about to be retrained, by the Area Coach James, he is on your case already, and I hope he kicks some sense into you, you dam well need it.

  Poor service combined with a lack of suitable hygiene! Would not choose to go there again, suffered the next day from food poisoning.
